ABOUT THE ROLE
AIVIDA is an AI-powered healthcare platform built to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and patients through technology-driven solutions — a unified ecosystem that simplifies management and enables better continuity of care. Additionally, the company builds personal brands for professionals and founders by utilizing the impact of well-executed short-form content. We also build accounts where one good reel changes how people are seen. You will turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form content, week after week. This is not a learn-editing-from-scratch internship. You should already know your way around a timeline. What you will learn here is how editing decisions affect reach, retention and leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit 12–20 reels a month for personal-brand accounts on Instagram and YouTube Shorts
Cut long-form talking-head footage into hooks, punchlines and clean payoffs
Add subtitles, B-roll, jump cuts, sound design and trending audio without making it look cheap
Track trending reel formats and adapt them to the brand's tone instead of copy-pasting
Design or place thumbnails and text hooks that match the brand's visual system
Keep files, versions and delivery timelines organised
Take feedback fast and turn around revisions the same day
REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve — any one, well
A reel portfolio; personal-page or college-fest edits count. We care about the cuts, not the client name
Strong sense of pacing — you know when a clip should have ended half a second earlier
You actually watch reels, and can name three formats trending this month Comfortable with Tamil and English content, including Tanglish subtitles Reliable on deadlines. This is the non-negotiable one
PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)
Basic motion graphics — After Effects, or CapCut keyframing done well Colour grading and audio cleanup
Thumbnail design in Canva or Photoshop
You have handled a page's content end to end before
