We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Finance to support our finance and compliance functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across financial reporting, compliance, audits, MIS, budgeting, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance activities, including GST, Companies Act, FEMA, and internal policies.
- Assist with regulatory filings, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor internal controls and identify compliance risks.
- Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and business teams.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Perform P&L analysis and monitor business performance.
- Handle accounting entries, bank reconciliations, ledger management, and month-end closing activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support finance automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- CA (Inter), B.Com, CS, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Compliance, Risk, or Audit.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
