To prepare competitive and accurate pricing for Sea Import and Export shipments (LCL & FCL) while supporting the sales team and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare freight quotations for Sea Import & Export (LCL & FCL).
Negotiate rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, and overseas agents.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service for timely quote submissions.
Maintain updated freight tariffs, surcharges, and carrier rates.
Support RFQs, tenders, and key account pricing.
Monitor market trends and ensure competitive pricing.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and overseas partners.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sea Freight Pricing.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and container logistics.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight forwarding ERP systems.
