Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QS & Billing Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, subcontractor billing, and project documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract specifications.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Support in quantity take-offs from drawings
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills
- Maintain billing records and project documentation
- Work closely with site engineers and project teams
- Learn cost estimation and rate analysis
- Assist in reconciliation of materials and quantities
Who Should Apply:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in construction billing and QS domain
