Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
