Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
- Analyze job roles, skills required, experience, and budget
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JD)
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Employee referrals, Campus placements & ITIs
- Consultants & agencies, Build and maintain a strong candidate database
- Screen resumes as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic / virtual / in-person)
- Shortlist candidates for technical or departmental rounds
- Offer & Joining Process, Onboarding & Induction
- Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Support HR Activities - attendance , payroll , employees grievance
Key Skills Required

- familiar with MS Excel & HR software
