Sangam Group of Hotels is looking for “Operations Manager” for its Luxury Resort, Chidambara Vilas located in Chettinad. Chidambara Vilas, an award-winning heritage luxury resort, known for its timeless Chettinad architecture and personalised hospitality to strengthen its leadership team.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Hotel Management from a recognized institution (mandatory)
- Proven experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably in a luxury or heritage property
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in Tamil (essential) with excellent command of English
- Confident in interacting with high-profile guests, both Indian and international
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and direct a predominantly local workforce
- Capable of maintaining discipline while fostering a positive work environment
- Should be willing to stay near the resort.
