Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII) in accordance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and study materials aligned with the prescribed syllabus.
- Conduct theoretical and practical (lab) sessions, ensuring proper safety and discipline in the laboratory.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports of students.
- Provide conceptual clarity and doubt resolution to enhance student understanding.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET – basic guidance, if required).
- Integrate technology in teaching (smart classes, simulations, digital tools).
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and school activities Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5–15 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics
