Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our Digital Diet Clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between dietitians, patients, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with patients.
- Maintain patient records and update databases accurately.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with dietitians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track patient onboarding, renewals, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and organize office files.
- Assist in billing, payments, and other operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.
- Support management with various administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
