We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction operations. You will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work adheres to engineering drawings and quality standards, tracking material usage, and enforcing site safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities and coordinate between contractors, sub-contractors, and labor. Interpret architectural, structural drawings, and technical blueprints to execute on-site work accurately. Conduct regular quality checks on construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and workmanship to ensure standard compliance. Monitor daily site progress, prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and report project milestones to Project Managers. Manage site inventory, track material consumption, and prevent wastage or shortages on site. Enforce workplace safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental regulations across the construction zone.
Pay: ₹10,147.71 - ₹30,366.95 per month
