Position: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive for our Freight Forwarding & Logistics division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and promoting international logistics services including air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance.
Responsibilities
- Generate new clients for freight forwarding services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Sell air freight, sea freight, import/export, and logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain market and competitor knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate business independently
- Knowledge of import/export and shipping processes
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Graduate preferred
