Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce CLOUTECHS' IT services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support (IT industry preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
