Department – Sales
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers through virtual and phone interactions. This role focuses on generating leads, Meetings & qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process to achieve business objectives, visiting client as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product and Solution Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products or solutions.
- Stay updated on competitive offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities.
2. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products or solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
3. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
4. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning products and solutions with customer needs.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop proposals and ensure
smooth delivery.
6. Reporting and Forecasting
- Regularly update sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer needs and trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
