About the Company
Redwan Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier and trader of networking and telecom products across Northeast India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to expand our business in the ISP and Corporate market segment.
Position: Pre-Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
- Focus on generating leads from ISPs, Corporate Houses, System Integrators, and Businesses across Northeast India.
- Identify and collect customer data through Google Search, online directories, industry portals, and other digital platforms.
- Send product catalogs, quotations, and promotional materials through Email and WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for closure.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet browsing.
- Ability to search and collect customer information from online sources.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and professional email communication.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
Performance Targets:
- Minimum 100+ calls per day.
- Monthly business generation target of ₹2,00,000 or above.
- Consistent follow-up and lead conversion activities.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
