Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business development.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Maintain and update customer information in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospective clients.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare basic reports and track sales activities.
Perform administrative tasks related to the sales process.
A minimum of 2 qualified leads per day is mandatory.
If 1 lead is generated, it will be considered as a half-day.
If no lead is generated on a particular day, the candidate must ensure : A minimum of 120 connected calls & approximately 200-300 dialed calls.
Daily activity report of every 2 hours must be submitted to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
Prior internship, project, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
