Job Summary:
A Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth. The role involves content creation, campaign management, audience interaction, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company social media accounts.
Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels.
Develop creative content ideas for campaigns.
Write attractive captions and hashtags.
Reply to comments and direct messages professionally.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Collaborate with HR and other departments for employer branding and recruitment posts.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Video editing skills are an added advantage.
Understanding of social media analytics.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
