Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Mechanical Fitter: Assemble, install, and align mechanical components and heavy machinery.
- Welder: Perform high-quality welding (ARC, MIG, TIG) on various metals; inspect welds for structural soundness and quality standards.
- Gas Cutter: Operate hand-held flame-cutting torches to cut and shape steel sections according to specific dimensions.
- Maintenance: Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance on industrial equipment like pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.
2. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Must have passed 10th/SSLC and possess an ITI (NTC) Certification in Fitter or Welder trade.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand/power tools (grinders, drills), reading technical schematics, and understanding safety protocols (PPE/LOTO).
- Physicality: Strong physical stamina for manual labor and the ability to work in industrial environments.
