Role Overview: We're seeking a passionate HR Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create Job Description
- Source & shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and help with offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Creating offer Letter
- Screening Candidates in Preliminary Round.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, engagement)
- Organizational skills & attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
