Job Description
This role bridges software support and reliability engineering, focusing on system stability, scalability, and operational excellence across global environments.
You will work closely with R&D, DevOps, and Field teams to ensure production systems are reliable, observable, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier3 support, handling complex production issues and driving end‑to‑end resolution
- Troubleshoot software systems, and infrastructure layers (applications, containers, Kubernetes, cloud)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive reliability improvements
- Support improvement of system observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
- Drive automation of operational workflows, troubleshooting, and support activities
- Partner with R&D and DevOps teams to improve design for reliability and supportability
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by validating platform readiness and operational stability
- Develop tools, documentation, and best practices to improve support efficiency and reduce escalations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software support, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Strong troubleshooting experience in complex distributed systems
- Practical troubleshooting experience using agentic AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments
- Experience with CI/CD systems and DevOps tools
- Practical experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and system diagnostics tools
- (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Bash)
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
Advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or similar)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
- Background in software development or backend systems
- Experience in supporting global, production-critical environments
