About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and common business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Office 365)
- Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security compliance
- Assist in IT asset management and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and service support
- Ensure regular system backups and support data recovery when required
- Provide basic cybersecurity support including antivirus, endpoint security, and patch updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN configurations
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and peripheral devices
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with firewall configuration and network security
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Hostinger, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Basic understanding of server management
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
