Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive organic lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and direct marketing within the Forex industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Plan and execute organic lead generation strategies.
- Handle social media marketing campaigns across major platforms.
- Oversee direct marketing activities and ensure target achievement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for lead quality and conversion support.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and team productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing in the Forex market.
- Proven experience in Organic Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, and Direct Marketing.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a marketing team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
