Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct academic sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate law students.
- Teach subjects as per the curriculum and academic requirements of the institution.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, assignments, and examination papers.
- Guide and mentor students regarding academic performance, career opportunities, internships, moot courts, legal research, and other professional activities.
- Conduct and support practical legal learning activities such as:
- Moot Court Competitions
- Mock Parliament
- Legal Aid and Awareness Programs
- Debates and Seminars
- Workshops and Conferences
- Court Visits and Internship Guidance
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, internal assessments, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, marks, and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.
- Encourage students to develop legal research, analytical thinking, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to research papers, journals, publications, seminars, and conferences.
- Participate actively in departmental and college-level academic and administrative activities.
- Assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, legal events, competitions, and student development programs.
- Stay updated with recent developments in laws, judicial decisions, legal policies, and changes in the education sector.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.
Qualification & Eligibility
- LL.B. and LL.M. in Law from a recognized university.
- Candidate must have qualified UGC-NET in Law.
- Candidates holding a Ph.D. in Law will also be eligible and may be given preference, as per applicable norms.
- Strong knowledge of legal subjects and current developments in Indian law.
- Good teaching, communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a college/university will be preferred but may not be mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in legal research, publications, moot courts, legal practice, or academic activities will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
