This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security policies are consistently applied.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks for enterprise cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards relevant to cloud security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable security solutions.
- BTP Security, SAP GRC, Cloud Security is Mandatory
