Key Responsibilities :
- MIS Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management.
- Generate reports related to patient volumes, revenue, occupancy, OP/IP statistics, referrals, and operational KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and performance trackers for hospital management.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collect data from Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other data sources.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across reports.
- Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain centralized databases and reporting templates.
- Support department heads with customized reports and data analysis.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
- Create data visualization reports for senior management presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital and patient-related information.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance policies.
- Document reporting processes and maintain report repositories.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Data Cleansing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, business analytics, or healthcare operations reporting.
- Exposure to healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, patient analytics, and business intelligence reporting.
- Experience working with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) will be preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare KPIs is an advantage.
- Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
