We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on clinical experience and be capable of independently assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. The role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while contributing to high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop accurate clinical diagnoses.
- Create and implement individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify rehabilitation plans when required.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinic policies and professional standards.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists, interns, and therapy assistants when required.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control measures, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid physiotherapy license/registration.
- 2–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or physiotherapy clinic.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Experience in managing orthopedic, sports injury, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation cases is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor junior staff.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
