Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present products or services to clients and explain their features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
