Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to a senior doctor in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong shorthand and typing abilities, and the capability to manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential medical documentation efficiently. The candidate should be presentable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage the doctor's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and calendar.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, letters, and official documentation.
- Screen phone calls and communicate with patients, staff, and external stakeholders professionally.
Documentation & Dictation
- Take real-time English shorthand dictation during meetings and consultations.
- Transcribe dictated notes, letters, reports, and other documents accurately.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Coordination & Office Management
- Coordinate with hospital departments, laboratories, and diagnostic teams.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and professional engagements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Track pending tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and official documents.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Follow hospital policies and maintain high ethical standards.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Stenography, Secretarial Practice, or Office Administration is preferred.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a healthcare/administrative role.
- Freshers with excellent shorthand and typing skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- English shorthand speed of 80–100+ WPM.
- Typing speed of 40–60+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
