Prodigy Limited is hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented project manager to manage ongoing constrction and interior design work
We are seeking an efficient Project Manager to manage the complete material procurement, contractor hiring, and physical build-out from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Read, interpret, and execute the pre-approved layout and MEP drawings accurately.
- Contractor Sourcing: Hire and manage reliable sub-contractors for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, glasswork, and carpentry.
- Material Procurement: Source high-quality materials, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage delivery logistics.
- Building Liaison: Coordinate with the building's property management regarding construction permits, noise policies, and utility hookups.
- Timeline & Budget: Maintain a strict daily construction schedule to deliver the project within budget.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years managing commercial office fit-outs with a proven track record of executing pre-made designs.
- Technical Skills: Expert blueprint reading, knowledge of commercial materials, and strong local vendor networks.
- Management: Exceptional negotiation skills and hands-on site supervision experience.
