Sales Manager
Next-Automate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth. We’re looking for someone who understands the software sales landscape, can build strong client relationships, and is confident taking ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets
* Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations
* Understand client requirements and position suitable software solutions
* Negotiate proposals and commercial terms with clients
* Track sales performance, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
* Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
* Previous experience in software/IT sales is mandatory
* Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead conversion
* Self-driven, strategic, and target-oriented approach
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities
