Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Olsocials Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is suitable for candidates with 2–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience who are passionate about client interaction and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers
- Explain company services and offerings in a professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred
- Only F.E.M.A.L.E candidates can apply
- 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Email, and CRM software
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up and communication skills
- Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated
