Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote)
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Laptop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
