RRD GO CREATIVE is currently seeking Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications division in Chennai.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients to support their projects.
Communicating with the client to understand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that the expectations are met.
Communicating the client requirement to the production team.
Overseeing the production process and the delivering the output as committed.
Adhering to the internal metrics.
