Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable CA Foundation Faculty to train and mentor students preparing for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation examination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent teaching skills, strong conceptual knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach CA Foundation subjects effectively using conceptual and practical approaches.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Conduct classroom and online sessions as per the academic schedule.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve students' academic queries and mentor them throughout their preparation.
- Conduct revision classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and exam-oriented practice.
- Stay updated with ICAI syllabus changes and examination patterns.
- Maintain attendance records and academic progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- CA Qualified / CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of one or more CA Foundation subjects:
- Principles and Practice of Accounting
- Business Laws
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Business Economics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience teaching CA Foundation students.
- Ability to explain concepts in simple and engaging ways.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
