Key Responsibilities
Understand business processes, user needs, pain points, and product objectives.
Conduct requirement discussions with customers, business users, and internal stakeholders.
Convert business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules.
Own and continuously refine the product backlog.
Prioritize requirements based on business value, customer impact, risk, and product strategy.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify requirement gaps, edge cases, dependencies, and potential usability issues early.
Gather stakeholder/user feedback and use it to continuously improve the product.
Preferable Candidate : Candidates with experience in ERP/product-based software environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
