Job Summary
Antalya Hotel & Spa, Rishikesh is looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee the complete Food & Beverage operations of our 70-key upscale hotel, including 2–3 F&B outlets, with one QSR operation.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role with a 4-star/5-star hotel, resort or reputed hospitality brand in India, along with strong operational, commercial and team-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, QSR and events/banquets.
- Ensure service standards are maintained in line with 4–5 star hotel standards.
- Drive F&B revenue, profitability, upselling and guest satisfaction.
- Control food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.
- Manage manpower, duty rosters, grooming, discipline and staff productivity.
- Conduct regular training on service standards, SOPs, guest handling and upselling.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, VIPs and special events professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Work with the Executive Chef on menu planning, menu engineering, pricing and promotions.
- Analyse outlet performance and implement measures to improve revenue and profitability.
- Ensure smooth and efficient QSR operations, including speed of service, consistency and cost control.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in 4-star/5-star hotels or upscale resorts.
- Previous experience as F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple F&B outlets is essential.
- Prior experience in QSR/high-volume food service operations will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquets, inventory and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good understanding of F&B revenue management and profitability.
- Knowledge of POS, PMS and inventory systems.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and during peak business periods.
What We Are Looking For
A hands-on F&B professional who can independently manage the department, lead the team, maintain premium service standards and contribute directly to the hotel's F&B revenue and profitability.
Experience in a similar hotel/resort environment is mandatory. Candidates without relevant hotel F&B experience may not be considered.
