Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality ICT education to students in an international school setting, fostering digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The teacher will support students in developing competencies in technology use, programming, and digital citizenship in alignment with international curricula and 21st-century learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons that meet the needs of a diverse, international student body.
- Teach students from [Primary/Secondary/CBSE/IB MYP/IB DP/Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level – modify as appropriate].
- Incorporate coding, digital literacy, and responsible internet use into the curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying levels of ability and learning styles.
- Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning across subjects.
Curriculum & Assessment:
- Develop and adapt ICT curriculum based on school standards and international frameworks.
- Assess student performance regularly using both formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report in line with school policy.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations where applicable.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, cross-curricular projects, and school events.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members.
- Uphold the school’s values, mission, and safeguarding policies.
- Contribute to the broader life of the school through clubs, activities, or leadership roles.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
