Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Skills and Tools Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a nursing team
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology
- Knowledge of current best practices in nursing care and patient safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid certification, with additional certifications in specialized nursing areas being a plus
