Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable, real-time feedback.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Pipeline & Data Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Analyze sales data and track KPIs to forecast revenue accurately.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Partner with customers to understand their needs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
