Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Developer with strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning technologies, integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring high performance, security, and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with Salesforce Platform Development.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications are mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Capabilities and Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and custom development.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Governance.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, SOQL Optimization, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern web development concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Build scalable and high-performing solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Optimize system performance and ensure adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Certification Required: Salesforce PD1 & PD2 (Mandatory)
