Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and modern frontend architecture. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, microfrontends, API development, and tier-based service architecture.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Develop scalable and high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Work with Next.js features including SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router, Server/Client Components, and API routes.
- Develop REST APIs using Node.js and Express, with strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loop, and authentication.
- Design and implement Microfrontend architectures using Module Federation.
- Work with Webpack, including bundling, loaders, plugins, code splitting, and Module Federation.
- Follow Git/Bitbucket best practices including branching, merging, rebasing, conflict resolution, pull requests, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Build applications using tier-based architecture: UI → API → Service/Business Layer → Database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
