What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Workforce Data Administration (WFDA) Junior is responsible for supporting HR operations by processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and data privacy requirements. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
What are we looking for? Process HR transactions related to: Employee onboarding Employee data changes Internal transfers Promotions Leave administration Benefits administration Employee exits/offboarding Maintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday or other HR platforms. Review and validate HR requests for completeness and accuracy Required Skills Good written and verbal English communication Strong attention to detail MS Excel and MS Office knowledge Analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service orientation Ability to work in rotational shifts Ability to work in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks • The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
