About Mahabodhi Global Foundation
Mahabodhi Global Foundation is a multidisciplinary organisation delivering strategic communication, public relations, digital media management, integrated IEC campaigns, multimedia production, branding, event management, and stakeholder engagement for Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, statutory bodies, and development organisations. We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Graphic Designer who can produce compelling visual communication for both digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- - Design high-quality 2D creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, reports, brochures, newsletters, infographics, advertisements, and print collateral.
- - Develop 3D concepts and visualisations for exhibitions, government events, pavilions, kiosks, stalls, stage backdrops, experience centres, and branding installations.
- - Prepare artwork for large-format printing, event branding, outdoor media, and exhibition production.
- - Create campaign identities, logos, icons, illustrations, and brand assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- - Work closely with content strategists, video editors, social media managers, and event teams to develop integrated communication materials.
- - Adapt designs into multiple formats and dimensions for digital, print, and presentation requirements.
- - Incorporate feedback efficiently and ensure timely delivery of creative assets without compromising quality.
- - Stay updated with current design trends, typography, colour theory, and visual communication practices.
Required Skills
- Design Software
- - Adobe Photoshop for advanced image editing, retouching, compositing, and digital artwork.
- - Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and print-ready artwork.
- - Adobe InDesign for brochures, reports, magazines, annual reports, and publications.
- - Canva for quick social media creatives, presentations, and branded communication materials.
- 3D & Event Design
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- - SketchUp
- - Blender
- - Autodesk 3ds Max
- - Cinema 4D
- - V-Ray or Lumion (preferred for rendering)
Candidates should be able to create realistic 3D layouts for exhibition stalls, event spaces, stage designs, kiosks, pavilions, and experiential branding projects.
Additional Skills
- - Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- - Knowledge of print production, pre-press processes, bleed settings, and file preparation.
- - Ability to create designs for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- - Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and creative productivity tools will be an advantage.
- - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- - Experience working with Government projects, communication agencies, branding agencies, event management firms, or development organisations will be preferred.
- - Basic knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
Experience
- - 1 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, digital communication, and event or exhibition design.
- - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both 2D design and 3D visualisation is mandatory.
