Role Overview:
We are looking for high-energy Tele-Caller Executives who are comfortable with extensive daily cold
calling and have the ability to engage parents, explain our learning offerings, and fix demo
appointments for our academic counselors.
This role is talk-time driven and best suited for candidates who enjoy outbound calling, targets, and
performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to parents of school-going students (K-12)
- Achieve daily talk-time and call-connectivity targets
- Clearly explain the company’s online tutoring programs and value proposition
- Qualify parent interest and academic requirements of the child
- Schedule demo classes / counselling appointments with parents
- Ensure accurate data entry and call remarks in CRM
- Follow up with interested parents to maximize demo attendance
- Work closely with the counselling and sales teams to improve conversions
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Daily talk-time number of calls
- Call connection ratio
- Demo appointments fixed per day/week
- Lead quality and follow-up discipline
Required Skills Qualifications- Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling / inside sales / lead generation (EdTech preferred)
- Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with rejection
- Ability to handle continuous outbound calling for long hours
- Strong listening and parent-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
