Position: Telecaller
Location: MG Road, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our products and services to potential customers, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Provide clear information about company products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with prospective customers when required
- Support the team in maintaining good customer relationships
Requirements
- Basic experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle calls confidently and politely
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records
- Fluency in Malayalam
