1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily hospital operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and quality standards.
2. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Monitor revenue cycle and expenses.
- Approve expenditures and financial reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff leadership.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
4. Compliance & Regulations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Maintain accreditation standards.
- Oversee risk management and patient safety programs.
5. Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term strategic goals.
- Improve patient services and hospital growth.
- Implement new technologies and systems.
6. Patient & Community Relations
- Address patient concerns and feedback.
- Represent the hospital at community events.
