Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments for efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
