Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, or customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking, insurance, investment, or financial products.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
- Knowledge of financial products, investments, loans, or insurance products.
- Strong local market understanding of Kolkata and surrounding regions.
