Job Duties:
Partnering with hiring managers/ clients to determine staffing needs.
Conducting active and passive talent searches using various sourcing platforms.
Publishing open requirements on LinkedIn and other job portals and Social media.
Screening applications as per the job requirement and arranging the interviews.
Performing required recruiting processes and procedures.
Focusing on W2 candidates majorly and try to do submission of profile to client within the time frame.
Working closely with Recruitment Manager to ensure all requisitions are properly created and filled.
Contribution to daily reports, weekly reports, coordinating with the Recruiting Manager, on the status of open field requisitions.
Ensuring to abide by the compliances as per the federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Maintaining candidate’s data in ATS and updating status as per the interview stages.
Strong working experience on LinkedIn headhunting.
Required:
4+ Years’ experience is required
Excellent comm skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
