To ensure timely, secure, and accurate collection and delivery of diagnostic samples and payments fromMedivision’scollectioncentersand externalSample pickuppointstothelaboratories,supporting smooth diagnostic operations and financial discipline.
KeyResponsibilities
1. SampleCollection&Logistics
a. Collectdiagnosticsamplesfromcollectioncentersandauthorizedpointsasperdefinedroutes and schedules.
b. Ensureproperpackaging,labeling,andhandlingofspecimenstomaintainintegrityand prevent contamination/damage.
c. Deliversamplestothedesignatedlaboratorypointswithinstipulatedtimelines.
d. Obtainsignaturesandacknowledgmentsatthelabuponhandoverofsamples.
2. PaymentCollection&Documentation
a. Collectpaymentsfromcollectionpoints.
b. Issueofficialreceiptsforeverytransactionusingcompany-providedreceiptbooks.
c. Ensure secure custody ofcollected amounts and handover tothe Accounts/Finance team within 48 hours.
3. Compliance&ProcessAdherence
a. AdheretocompanySOPson samplehandling,paymentcollection,anddocumentation.
b. Maintainaccuratedailylogsofcollections,deliveries,andpayments.
c. EnsuretimelyreconciliationofreceiptswithFinanceteam.
d. Strictlyfollowinfectioncontrolandbio-safetyprotocolsduringsamplehandling.
e. Collectionexecutiveshouldalwaysbeinofficialuniformduringworkhours
4. Coordination&Reporting
a. Reportdelays,discrepancies,orincidents(sampledamage,paymentmismatch,routechanges) immediately to the Logistics Manager.
b. ProvidedailyupdatesandMISreportsoncollectionsanddeliveries.
c. Submitmonthlyfuelexpensereportswithsupportingbills/logstoreportingmanagerfor verification, approval, and reimbursement.
d. CoordinatewithAccounts,CollectionCentrestaff,andLabstaffforsmoothworkflow.
5. Vehicle&EquipmentMaintenance
a. Ensurecompanyvehicle/ownvehicleusedforlogisticsisingoodworkingcondition.
b. Maintaincleanlinessandsafetyofsampletransportkitsandcollectionbags.
