As an Office Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Providing administrative support to team members as needed.
- Using your strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and external partners effectively.
